It is a very effective tool for organizations which want superior quality data with higher level of authenticity than campaign based online surveys, at a cost, comparable to classical Online methodology. It is also extremely useful in geographies where classical Online methodology is not possible/ gives sub-standard results or the respondents are not easily found in regular Online panels. How Online+TM works

  • The online links provided by the client or programmed by us are installed in our internet enabled tablets.
  • Our recruiters will purposefully recruit the respondents on-field/ telephonically using targeted databases or physically recruiting  where there is a high possibility of finding the respondents like Public places, near ATM’S, corporate parking spaces etc.
  • Our recruiters will take the Online links to the respondents who take the survey on their own (without interviewing/ moderation) as they would in a classical Online survey.

The advantages of Online+TM over conventional Online methodology

  • Physical recruitment carried on for Online+TM assures the authenticity of respondents. In case of classical online methodology one can never be completely assured of the authenticity of respondents.
  • Data collected via Online+TM  is of superior quality than classical online methodology as the on-field recruiters will be there to monitor and guide the respondents throughout the time they are taking the survey whereas in Online surveys data quality can only be ascertained by the way the respondent has taken the interview (LOI, number of open ended questions, rating scale questions, logical ordering )
  • In campaign based Online surveys with low IR (Medical, HNWI, B2B) the response rate is very low and takes a lot of time to achieve the sample. It takes a lot of follow-ups to make the respondent take the survey on his own. Sometimes the respondent only partially completes it or does not do it with full interest. In Online+ our recruiter physically goes to the respondent and gets the survey filled in one go without any need for follow-ups hence taking lesser time and ensuring better quality
  • Online+TM is highly effective when the respondents are hard to reach via Online panels.
